Cancellation Policy

Sometimes being unable to attend your appointment is unavoidable, but we do appreciate if you can manage to let us know. This way, if someone is waiting to an appointment to be available we are able to offer them a cancellation slot.

We do ask that patients please give 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise we do charge for the missed appointment (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
